RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As each item is handmade to order so we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Please understand that all of Gongki products are handmade, even though we have strong confidence of providing our best quality to our customers, products' colour/appearances may still slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your screen settings.

We hope that our customers enjoy their Gongki products!

We only accept exchanges for damaged items, not for change of mind. If your item is received damaged, please email us at gongkiroundair@gmail.com within 7 days of arrival. Send us a message with the picture of the damaged item.
